Our House Blend is always comprised of two very highly rated coffees and rotates based on the seasonality of each origin. Currently, the House Blend is a 50/50 mix of Ethiopian Shakiso and our Guatemala Huehuetenango which are both available as a single origin. This is an omni blend or a blend ideal for regular batch brew or espresso. It’s even quite good as a pour over - especially if you prefer a balanced cup with its simultaneous bright citrus and grounding chocolate flavors.
