Our dry sausage with Espelette pepper AOP is made with the meat of pigs raised on straw. These pigs are fed with cereals guaranteed GMO-free and raised by our three breeders with whom we have created a short supply chain strict in quality: Apalhat (raised on straw in Occitan). We dry our sausage with Espelette pepper AOP in a natural dryer at an altitude of more than 850 meters. The quality of chili, our pigs mixed with our know-how make our product unique in taste.
