Lightly roasted and slow conchering preserves the natural qualities and flavor notes of cocoa beans. Once the chocolate has tempered and come into shape, we add fresh-roasted hazelnuts grown in the Italian Piedmont region, known for its crunchy and flavorful nuts. Key Procedures The hazelnuts are grown on 70 year old trees on traditional plantations in the Piedmont region. They are toasted like whole nuts and carefully placed on the back of each chocolate bar.
