We order from Woolzies a few times each quarter- our best selling items from them are the lavender and jasmine laundry detergent and the wool dryer balls + oil scents 3 pack. The last two orders have been so poorly packed- this order had everything jammed into one box with the laundry detergent on top. Two bags had cuts in them which made the powder leak onto the essential oils kits. The last time I was assured it was a training issue. In love with the products- hate the way you ship them.
