Olivum® is an aqueous extract of olive leaves, rich in polyphenols that are an integral part of the healthy Mediterranean diet. The International Food Safety Commission has also recognized the benefits of olive oil. It should be noted that the polyphenols contained in the leaves are up to 3000 times higher than in a very high quality olive oil. Olivum® is produced in Italy, only the highest quality ingredients are used. The special processing allows the nutrients found in olive leaves to be preserved intact: Oleuropein, Elenolic Acid, Rutin, Hydroxytyrosol and Tyrosol.
