From beginning to end this was not easy, the humidor was held at customs due to lack of paperwork. When it arrived it did not come with a power cord for use in the USA, yet it did include a vehicle use plug(not sure for what). I messaged the brand & received no response.The quality is subpar and the price is outrageous considering the lack of features.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this brand.Amazon sells better quality with cheaper prices& easy returns.100% i do not recommend this product!
