My experience was disappointing. The quality of the items was subpar, and unfortunately, many of the essential oils had leaked. I reached out to the seller, but received no help. I had to break the seals on the remaining products just to check their quality. After following up, the seller replied, stating they would 'hunt around for some replacements.' However, I never heard back after that - I'm still waiting for a resolution a considerable time later. It has put me off ordering from them.
