Chuno Milk & Panettone: our Winter Edition, where the sweet notes of milk chocolate meet one of the most awarded Italian fine pastry panettone. The bean is naturally very aromatic and very acidic, so the roasting is more aggressive (higher temperature for more minutes) and the refining is also longer, so that the aromatic profile develops, while allowing the acidity generated by the bean to evaporate at the time of fermentation, which would damage the final product. The result is a citrus and slightly spicy profile, full-bodied but not too sweet. In this capacity, it is presented in the milk version, with the best Piedmontese powdered milk. Combined with the sweetness of one of the most awarded panettoni in Italy, dried at a low temperature and incorporated into chocolate.
