When I ordered the products for my subscription box there was a long lead quoted, which I took into consideration. As the deadline for shipping my box came closer I sent a couple of messages asking for clarification on the shipping date, which were not answered. I then applied to Faire to cancel the order, this was rejected. The products arrived outside of the lead time, and I was forced to buy a different product for my own box that month. Products were lovely but it was stressful.

These girls have hit it out of the park!!! With 20 years in business, rarely have I taken on a new collection that has been so well received. Their response time and turn around from the UK to Us was better than most of my in country shipments. Love these cards and looking at my next order already!!
