This brandy (from wine) is obtained by distilling our wines from organic farming on the estate. Wood-fired distillation with a copper still preserves a great aromatic richness. Aging in new oak barrels gives us a robust and fruity brandy. Brandy is enjoyed at the end of the evening, in good company!
