To be fair in a review, the quality is excellent. However, we had Zip Code protection after selling thousands of dollars. Vendor did not honor it; sent a communication in writing that they would not sell to any other shops in town. We recently learned they were selling to another shop a few building down. The owner’s response is that they cannot honor zip code protection, too difficult. Again, quality excellent, one of best dish cloths sold to date-just expect it can be sold next door.

Three Bluebirds and another company on Faire sell the Swedish Cloth. We love all the designs of both companies, yet have found that Three Bluebirds gets product delivered to us a week faster (simply by getting it shipped immediately). This is important to us. We feel valued by this vendor and appreciate the service.
