About Distilleria Mezzanotte

Our story does not begin as a fairytale in the distant 19XX... but in 2020 during that particular period when we all stayed at home to protect ourselves from a global pandemic. In those months we collected ideas and studied the feasibility of the project, thanks to the support of our friends and families we decided to start the path that would lead us here. The idea stems from the desire to be able to create new flavors and tell them through the senses thanks to the knowledge of Alex in distillation and Giacomo in design, so Mezzanotte was born. The first distillery in Pesaro on the Adriatic Riviera, a stone's throw from the sea. Our intention was to create a modern company, capable of bringing into the present an ancient practice, such as distillation. We have designed everything with a code of ethics in mind: our work must have the lowest possible environmental impact. We chose an electrically powered still and the entire distillery is powered by energy from renewable sources, we reduce waste and select suppliers who are committed to the environment. Our mobility in urban travel is also electric and Made in Italy.Read their story
