About SAB'S

Far from the standardization of taste proposed by the spirits industry, Sab's invites you to discover creative products, deeply rooted in our heritage. Lively, expressive, irregular, our spirits seek neither uniformity nor perfection, but beauty and exception. Sab's is the nickname of Mathieu Sabbagh, who set himself the challenge of rekindling the flame of eaux-de-vie in Burgundy. Each year, he places his itinerant still in the squares of the villages whose names sound like the promise of incomparable aromas: Beaune, Meursault, Pommard, Gevrey-Chambertin... It distills directly at the harvesting sites, as was the case in the last century. He works grape marcs and lees by hand to concoct original brandies, which draw from Burgundy, just as the winegrower does with his parcels and grapes. Read their story
