About i Bò Natura

The historical memory of “i Bo” dates back to 1601, when among the most common names in the municipality of Carentino (province of Alessandria - Piedmont) in the locality “i Bo”, there was the name “Rubens”, which in 1681 was transformed into “Reds”. The Rossi family, which became the owner of the “i Bo” farmhouse, specialized in viticulture, in the 1970s, disperses the vineyards for traditional agriculture. With the generational leap, it was decided to return to our roots of organic farming, hence the message “Back to Nature”, which tells the essence of the company with the logo. We have therefore planted hazel groves of the renowned “round gentle trilobata of Piedmont” variety and developed a certified organic farm in which we GROW certified organic products that WE TRANSFORM by creating unique excellences for the palate. LET'S PURSUE the idea of a new culture of food well-being, where what we eat is not just a food but wants to be above all a medicine for the body as well as for the spirit. Our “i Bo” logo takes the shape of the hazel leaf that is also the image of our horizon, in which the profile of Monviso stands. The profile of Monviso represents the lower Piedmont, which with the Monferrato and the Langhe, a UNESCO heritage site, are lands of great food and wine excellences appreciated all over the world.
