Based In Leeds, Yorkshire, we have been manufacturing high quality flame baked crackers since 1900. In fact, our entire range is flame baked to a traditional recipe, giving each bite a unique, but subtle nutty flavour! For over a century, we have sought to produce great tasting products made with simple ingredients which satisfies demand. Why Rakusen’s? Our products are free from additives, we use simple recipes which consist of locally sourced ingredients, and we are in line with all the current trends in the Market.
