We are producers of fresh black truffles in our plantations in La Tinença de Benifassà (Castellón, Spain) and in Chile. We intervene throughout the process, from the careful collection of the truffle to the final packaging to keep all the organoleptic properties of this kitchen diamond intact. We select our best truffle for the catering, gourmet retail and food industry channels. We make our own truffle products with natural ingredients.
