Customer service is at my core. I'm Caroline and I'm based on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk border on a beautiful working farm. I started this enamel pin business after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, which led me to rethink how I worked. I left behind a freelance career in publishing where I worked as a copy-editor, writer and proofreader, to create something that offered more flexibility and reflected my long-time passion for pins. Customer service is at the core of my business and I pride myself on providing the kind of exceptional personal support to my customers that only a small, independent company can. I’m obsessive about detail and my aim is to provide you with high-quality, beautifully designed pins that will make wonderful keepsake gifts for friends, loved ones—or a well-deserved treat for yourself.
