About Nougat de Paris

Thanks to our 250 beehives arranged in the most beautiful places of the French capital such as the Musée des Invalides, the Ministry of the Interior and the roofs of Montmartre. So we take advantage of the range of flavors of honey from Paris to make nougats and candies. We combine fruit and plant fragrances with traditional delicacies that we dehydrate and cover with delicate fruit leather. Congratulated by the greatest chefs (Guy Savoy, Thierry Marx, Eric Briffard...) for our work, we are constantly renewing our creations to adapt to the seasons and to push our creativity ever further.Read their story
