ÖselBirch is a brand behind family-owned company with a goal to support biodiversity in forests and improve your health at the same time. The company is from a small island in Estonia, called Ösel. Our first products are connected to birch tree: it's sap, which can be collected once a year without harming the tree, and Chaga medicinal mushroom, which is known for its immunity boosting qualities.Read their story
