About Brasserie Iska

Created in 2017, the ISKA brewery is located at the entrance of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park. Thus, we brew Ale-type beers in an artisanal way, taking advantage of the quality of the water in our mountains. Our range includes 5 beers as well as several ephemeral brews. We use less common hops and create original recipes by combining only malts and hops, without adding fruit or spices. We brew our beers with ingredients from organic farming and to go further, our labels are printed with vegetable inks. The materials resulting from brewing, spent grains (barley residues) and hops, are given to a local organic farmer. Taste and share our passion.Read their story
