Reserve Royale is the essence of our know-how: top fermentation and secondary fermentation in the bottle creates a rich and creamy mouthfeel with intense aromas of flower hops, which blend perfectly with fine yeast. Réserve Royale Blonde is made from 100% Belgian and regional ingredients and is produced in a pioneering brewery in northern Belgium. It is brewed from the world's best malts and a mixture of aromatic hops, which are produced by small family businesses that respect quality and tradition. In contrast to industrial buns whose production is bottom-fermented, the Résere Royale was produced top-fermented. This traditional technique is a guarantee of quality that lovers will recognize. In a dark, humid room, which is heated to 25 °C, the beer is re-fermented for 20 days after bottling.
