Comptoir des Truffes et des Saveurs is a team that emerged from the meeting of truffle producers and gourmets. Today, Comptoir des Truffes et des Saveurs is composed of both two-legged and four-legged members. We have 2 distinct poles which are: the “Comptoir” division led by Denis and his team scattered throughout the country and the “Truffes” division led by Olivier and his band of canines. We are looking not only for truffles, but also for products derived from this fantastic mushroom. We are going to meet small producers who work with truffles and flavors. Our range is deliberately reduced, in order to control it completely.Read their story
