Shipping was done poorly. Display arrived damaged beyond use and a few boxes were damaged.

The display is fitted inside the master carton, therefore protected. We are unaware if the issue occurred during transportation, which does not depend on us. For this reason, we also asked you for photographs to verify it, which you never sent us. Please note that without such a document or an indication at the time of delivery of the merchandise, we cannot justify the defect in the shipment to the transportation company. We also indicated that on a future order we could send you the displays or the flatted boxes, which you refused. Even so, we offered to solve the problem once we had the images of the defective products to know the total quantity. We are still waiting. —Marina & Pau • May 29, 2026
