I am very disappointed in this mask. It says it massages your face. It does not massage your face. I was in contact with a representative and they stated they was sorry it was misleading and if I changed my rating they would give me 16% off my order. I agreed to do so and I have never heard another word and was not given 15% off my order. They want to look good but don’t want to follow through.
