KNOW-HOW Harvest: The grapes are harvested at full maturity. Vinification: After destemming, the berries are crushed and then put into thermoregulated stainless steel tanks for maceration. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at this stage. After a few days, the juice is separated from the solid parts. Then, it is the moment of aging when the wine will stabilize and rest. The aim is not to use barrels to maintain varietal characteristics. AROMAS AND FLAVORS Tasting: Deep red, this wine offers intense aromas of ripe red and black berries. The palate is supple and fluffy with smooth tannins and beautiful fruitiness.
