The countries of origin of the Arabica beans are Colombia, Costa Rica and Guatemala. - This blend is made from specially selected green coffees that all have SCA certification scores above 85. The process of green coffee is called “sundried,” which means that the raw coffee beans are gathered outside the cherry by drying the cherry in the sun.
