The Danekarla softshell coat combines all the softshell’s technical properties with a very elegant and feminine look. Softshell is a lovely and very comfortable stretch material that combines windproofing, water repellency and warmth in a 3-layer construction consisting of: Outer: high-count polyester stretch outer shell with fluorine-free water-repellent treatment Middle: wind- and water-repellent breathable mid-membrane Inner: soft and warm polar fleece on the inside The softshell material has 8,000 mm waterproofing, and is at the same time windproof and breathable. The coat is coated with a fluorine-free coating and therefore does not contain harmful fluorocarbons. The softshell coat fits elegantly and femininely. The coat has a ribbed edge and a drawstring at the hood so that the hood can be adjusted for an optimal fit. The coat has wide ribbing at the cuffs to keep wind and cold out. The coat has adjustable elastic at the hem so it can be tightened closer around the legs if desired. The coat is lined on the inside with a soft polar fleece, so in addition to being windproof it also provides good warmth for spring, autumn and cool summer evenings. The coat fastens with a zipper that can also be unzipped from the bottom, making it easy to cycle while wearing the coat. Please note that the coat’s seams cannot be taped because of the soft fleece on the inside. This means that rain can penetrate the seams in heavy rain, so although the coat can handle a lot of rain, it is not a full raincoat. The softshell jacket can be machine washed at 30 degrees Celsius. In general, it is recommended that outerwear be washed as little as possible. Material: 94% polyester and 6% spandex.
