SOLIDARITY/HUMAN/SUSTAINABLE: Friends rub shoulders, follow each other and observe each other. And then 1 day, they find a synergy outside their respective zone. Everyone contributes their part: the land, the vines, the equipment, the technical knowledge (openness), the spirit of distribution systems (so that wine reaches consumers), etc... Working together, sharing but keeping your own path, especially when 25 years are full of differences... which will make for complementarity... Experimenting together future techniques for resilient land, from agroecology to permaculture... from pragmatism to humility... EMOTION/CURIOSITY/SENSITIVITY There is a need for this work to create emotions... because a moment of sensory emotion is also a moment when worries, the negative, no longer matter... because the gustatory emotion increases the soul and therefore also nourishes the stomach (and certainly better than the obligatory or the dull). The emotion of moments because a wine imbued with sensitivity means moments of contemplation in front of our ability to create beauty! Curiosity is the corollary of demand: how can we reach the end of the journey if we are not looking for the path? Sensitivity: Wine, like gastronomy and the arts, is a school of humility because of its high demand for patience and knowledge... they are vectors of communication between the artist and the amateur but also between lovers of the same object.
