The Tea Heaven is a premium tea brand that is committed to creating an exceptional product without compromising on ingredients or values. The company was founded by Harshada Bansal, a first-generation immigrant and fourth-generation tea enthusiast. Harshada started this business with a passion and a purpose: to push through barriers and break tradition in an industry marked by discrimination and harmful manufacturing practices. Today, our Seattle-based company offers expertly-curated teas made with integrity, transparency, and sustainability. We source directly from small farms, fostering fair trade and supporting eco-friendly farming practices. Each of our small-batch blends is made from fresh, natural ingredients, with no preservatives, artificial flavors, or oils. Our whole-leaf teas are hand-processed in house and packaged with care, so that every cup is as nuanced, nourishing, and vibrantly flavorful as the day it was harvested. The Tea Heaven is proudly women-owned and operated, and committed to giving back a percentage of every purchase to supporting disadvantaged women tea workers.

Terrible communication and fulfillment. I ordered Chamomile, Mount Zen, and Jasmine, but only received Chamomile. After no response from Tea Heaven, I had to contact Faire for help. Weeks later, I received Mt. Zen and another Chamomile, but still no Jasmine. It’s been over a month since my order. Their tea samples were great and made me order more for my shop, but it’s now been 3 more weeks and I still haven’t received that order either. Not worth the fulfillment issues and lack of communication
