I absolutely hate leaving anything other than great reviews. I placed an order in July. Communication was great until my order was placed. Then I didn't hear anything until the end of Oct after dozens of messages through Faire, Instagram, and emails. Finally heard back and got part of my order back on track. The rest was going to ship separately but the date promised passed & still didn't get any tracking info. Long story short, terrible communication.

We appreciate the feedback of 5 stars for our products quality. We apologise that your experience was not smooth & could have been better by our team, there was a serious incident at our warehouse in summer which caused this & was completely out with our control & circumstances, during this process orders/backlog etc were affected & it had a domino effect into communication.
