Big Green Organic Food works with farms untouched by chemicals and pesticides to bring you non-GMO, certified organic, gluten-free foods created and packaged in facilities that have never processed wheat, rye, or barley products. Big Green Organic Food is committed to preserving the organic nature and integrity of the brand. We believe the real healthy organic food should only have three or fewer ingredients, therefore our organic products are mostly made with a single ingredient. Wow. I have had so many freeze dried brands and this one is by far the best. Often you get little tiny pieces or formed shapes - which means the maker is smushing the fruit and using as little as possible "real fruit" to gain large sized fruit when the freeze drier blows it up during process. There are whole strawberries in their bags, large size banana and mango chunks - good to get a bite of. Taste is delicious so they are choosing good fruit. Thanks!
