About Poterie lutton
It is in the heart of the Vendée, in the small village of the Four Lutton, that our pottery is made. Lutton pottery (from “lut”: “clay”, in old French) has origins that date back to the 16th century! The descendants of potters have perpetuated the family tradition and today benefit from age-old know-how in the field of clay. All pottery, made from natural materials, is made by hand and is fired at over 1000 degrees for their provide solidity and durability. Today the Lutton Pottery Factory, Ollas (irrigation jar) and other pottery.

Very satisfied with this first order, although it is true that we unfortunately received a broken oya during transport. We reported it via Faire and were immediately credited with the amount of the broken item received. The items are very well finished and you can even feel the hands that shaped the material on the potter's wheel:) Very good work as only a craftsman knows how to do it!
