About Allens Scottish Shortbread

We began selling our trays of shortbread at small farmer's markets. We started small, and eventually began serving grocery chains and small gourmet markets alike. We use simple all natural ingredients, like real butter and King Arthur Brand Flour. We also use Harney and Sons Tea blends in our shortbread flavors. Together, they create a one of a kind experience that pairs tradition with consistency. Why do we love what we do?
