It was there, at the heart of Japanese traditions, that he discovered matcha: a noble, pure, energizing, and above all, deeply soothing tea. This encounter transformed his daily life, and then that of his family. Very quickly, matcha became more than just a drink: a new way of living, having energy without nervousness, taking care of oneself, and slowing down. Guided by this change, we undertook more than two and a half years of work to find a producer capable of embodying the excellence we wanted to offer in Canada. It was in Japan, in the Yame region (Fukuoka), that we found our partners: artisans who cultivate top-quality matcha, respecting ancestral know-how.
