Founded in 2011, Under the Bark Syrup Co was born in Minnesota. We are a family run venture crafting flavor infused maple products that embody the true spirit of the land. Our commitment to tradition and the finest local ingredients ensures each taste celebrates the sweet harmony of nature. We craft every single bottle by hand and use only certified organic ingredients. Our maple syrup itself does NOT have an organic certification because there are conventional farms spraying pesticides about 3 miles from the trees that are tapped and does not qualify for the organic certification.
