FROM GERM TO TUBER Who we are and why we do it: Anna has been working as a stylist in the still life sector for more than eight years, and as a set stylist for food shoots since 2016. John has been a photographer since 2010, a food photographer since 2014, and we started this project in January 2018. In freezing January, we added the first vegetables - savoy cabbage, leeks, kale and parsnips. The seasonal calendar, a heart project, has become a simple reason to meet regularly for this and other projects in the studio in Berlin-Neukölln. The anger over plastic packaging and apples from South Africa has become a guide for more sustainable consumption. It is now printed and bound in our own online shop. We wanted to do everything ourselves from start to finish. However, there were important people by our side whom we would like to thank. Daniel Behrens for the beautiful design, Sebastian Meißner for supporting text and triggers.Media for printing on 100% recycled paper, printed climate-neutrally in Berlin-Tempelhof.
