About Arte Do Pé

Our Luxury Bamboo socks fund artists and the Arts. Artist Denise Smith founded Arte Do Pe socks in 2023 with the intention of making socks that you’ll love wearing and that are pieces of art themselves. Denise wanted to find a way to address the ongoing lack of funding in the arts by donating a portion of profits to art organizations and art education programs. She is particularly interested promoting underserved populations. Denise also invites up and coming artists, of all ages and backgrounds not only to design a sock, but to give them the opportunity to reach a larger audience for their work. Artists receive generous royalties for their contributions. We hope you fall in love with our socks and discover a new artist whose work brings you inspiration. Arte Do Pé - Funding Artists and Arts Education We source our bamboo rayon from a small family owned manufacturer in Turkey. They are certified Organic and use a "closed loop" manufacturing process meaning that no pollution and very little waste is created as a result. First the yarn and then the completed socks undergo several intensive washing processes to ensure softness and material quality.Read their story
