About Tisséna

In 2022, ten clothing workshops, already used to working together, decided to create a collective and a common brand: Tisséna. Tisséna specializes in textile upcycling. From flat textiles, tarpaulins, kakemonos, and work clothes, our workshops make everyday items, virtuous derivative products, and sustainable goodies. Tisséna conveys values common to the entire collective, both ecological and social. We work to give a second life to textiles destined for incineration or landfill. As a player in the social and solidarity economy, Tisséna also has a social mission. The sewing workshops, members of the Tisséna collective, currently employ more than 100 seamstresses and tailors in integration. We support each one towards training and professionalization. Every item made by Tisséna is a source of pride for our employees; it's a perfect combination of being an actor in reducing our environmental impact and supporting local manufacturing.Read their story
