Disha Hot is a hot sauce passed down for generations from first-generation, Mexican/American, singer Omar Apollo’s family in Guadalajara Mexico. His parents owned a restaurant in Omar’s hometown in Indiana called El Super Taco but had to shut it down once Omar was born. Made with Tomatillo, Habanero, Jalapeño, and Chile De Árbol, Disha Hot was the sauce served at El Super Taco –now Omar and his family are sharing their recipe with the world.
