It all started over 30 years ago by William & Gabriela Lana, with an idea for an organic t-shirt. Back in the early 1990s, the popularity of organic food was just taking root, so organic clothing and bedding was not even on the radar of the average person. Greenfibres was born in 1996, with a mission to offer organic products, helping people to live a truly sustainable lifestyle; we created organic clothing, bed linen, mattresses and more. Greenfibres has been making and selling beautiful natural and organic textiles ever since, and our ethos is more important than ever; - to offer beautiful and useful textiles that are kind to the environment and to our health and wellbeing. - to provide meaningful livelihoods for all people who work with, and for Greenfibres. We're a small team with no corporate ambitions, we're just really passionate about our products, giving you the best possible service, and sharing our extensive knowledge with you. We pride ourselves on using only certified organic cotton to ensure the entire supply chain - seed to shelf – that the upmost care has been taken to protect all of those involved in the process, and to ensure our environment is kept chemical and pesticide free. Greenfibres has been a true pioneer in the ethical cultivation, production and trade of organic textiles.
