Hi Lovely, I’m Michelle — the artist behind Bloomella. I create hand-painted watercolour greeting cards designed to make people smile. Every illustration begins with an idea sketches, paint, brushes, and paper in my studio, where I carefully hand-paint bright, joyful artwork inspired by flowers, nature, colour, and little everyday moments of happiness. Bloomella was created with the idea that a greeting card should feel like a tiny piece of sunshine — something thoughtful, uplifting, and full of personality. From cheerful puns to sweet characters and colourful illustrations, each design is created with love and a sprinkle of joy. My hope is simple: to create cards that make people smile when they give them… and smile again when they receive them. Although Bloomella Studio launched in 2026, I have spent over 15 years creating artwork as an artist and educator, and have worked professionally as a graphic designer and illustrator for nearly two decades.
