About MORONI

In 1944, in the middle of the Second World War, Emilio Moroni left his job at the Marie Brussard liquor company in Milan and opened his factory specializing in the production and sale of syrups and spirits. to Rho. Emilio will be awarded as Commander of Labor for the professional results achieved in his career. Renato, the eldest son of five children, graduated as a chemical expert, and follows in his father's footsteps, helping him in the business. Thanks to his work, Anisette Eghel was born, a liqueur whose recipe patented and filed in 1948 became very popular in France. In addition to its production and sale of numerous liqueurs and syrups, the Emilio Moroni Distillery collaborates with nationally renowned companies. After Emilio's death, the business continued with his children: Renato in production, Roberto in sales and Franca in accounting. Since there are no heirs willing to continue in the family business, the Moroni Emilio & Figli liquor factory ends production in February 2007. The Aperitif recipe created by Renato is remembered and remains for several years a drink shared with family and friends. Receiving compliments for its taste and freshness from those who tried it, Renato's daughters decide to produce and market it. In 2018, after intense work, at Renato's 90th birthday, the Moroni Aperitif became an official drink and was launched on the market.
