Mineral Springs Truffles is located near Daylesford and is a beautiful family owned and run Truffiere set on 15 acres in the picturesque hamlet of Spargo Creek. Our Truffle Products come from the Truffiere, planted with French Oak trees, that are inoculated with the authentic Tuber melanosporum better known as the Perigord Black Truffle.
