About My Makery

A bread without a guilty conscience and super digestible, that must work! These were the starting thoughts of the founder of My Makery. Birgit is a sports scientist and nutrition coach. Their goal was to develop gluten-free bread with an optimal nutritional composition: lots of protein, few carbohydrates and, above all, rich in fiber. And that, of course, without compromising on quality and taste. The result: organic chestnut bread baking mixes based on high-quality chestnut flour. What makes our chestnuts so special: They are superfoods in bread form. They contain 1/3 fiber, so that they can be declared high in fiber and therefore a superfood. They also contain a lot of protein and few carbohydrates, as desired. Their consistency is very fluffy and they have a uniquely aromatic taste. They are baked in no time at all and are guaranteed to succeed. All you need is water and apple cider vinegar, no baking tins or bread makers. Out of conviction, we are part of the campaign 'Often good for longer' - together against food waste. And a large part of our raw materials consists of by-products from oil mills to support the upcycling of food. We need more food on the market that is good for us and we're contributing with our 100% natural products.
