A few items packages where held together with scotch tape and almost all the wireless headphone packages where scuffed and smashed. We wont be able to sell them in that condition so a good amount is going to be given away for free or listed as "Clearance" didn't realize when i ordered it was all scratch and dent. kinda my fault
