My passion for food runs deep through my veins, inspired by my Greek heritage, I spent many hours in the kitchen as a kid, creating many dishes, most of which were either burnt, over seasoned or just didn’t taste good. But rest assured, I got better at cooking as the years went on – so much so that I begun a catering business (Charcoal Catering) with my dad specialising in all things Mediterranean and cooked over charcoal. Whilst I still enjoy catering for special occasions, I decided to launch a new range of condiments because nothing excites foodies more than the thrill of trying a brand new type of condiment. As a passionate foodie, I've created this business that offers users an exciting culinary journey from the comfort of their homes. I start out by sourcing the finest local ingredients and then create products for the ultimate foodie, taking inspiration from the diverse and exciting flavours found in cultures all over the world. My first curated range of products are simple yet flavour-packed condiments using the traditional French technique of 'Confit,' which enhances the flavours of ingredients by cooking them slowly at 100 degrees in premium South Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Each condiment aims to showcase the distinct flavours of Greece, Italy, Mexico, and Asia.
