Thank you for showing interest in my company and products. I'm the owner and founder of Big Rock Foods, an Oklahoma-based foods company. Doing business with this company means you're working directly with me at every level. I personally handle all web, wholesale and distributor-level sales and transactions. I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my products and work endlessly towards keeping the bar set very high for all of my wholesales accounts. My in-house brand is Payne County. The recipes and methods for making these products have been developed over the course of my entire adult life as a cook, craftsman, BBQ competitor and caterer.
