Founder, Souli Paspaporn is a self-taught nail artist based in Winnipeg, Manitoba -- by way of Vancouver, British Columbia. She discovered her niche in the nail artistry community by delivering clean, elegant design and caters to the 'Simple & Sweet' nail art lover. ​Her signature, "No Polish - Polish Look" was the catalyst that lead to developing a gel polish line offering the hard-to-find, health-conscious gel polish that her clientele craved. Four years and countless trial-and-errors later, Gelly Bae was created. ​As a BIPOC, Woman-Owned small business, it gives us great pride to share our passion with you. The support shown by the community has been overwhelming and we cannot begin to express our gratitude.
