About Les Ritournailes

The Ritournailes were created in 2022. We love slightly outdated decorative objects to revisit and update them. We put our heart into creating, manufacturing, and marketing weathervanes, glitter balls, pouches, and cases for concept stores. Our story? I am Elisabeth, and I work with my daughter Agathe; we are a duo and co-creators of the brand. Agathe is a product designer and draws the models, and I specialize in the world of decorative objects, manufacturing and marketing the weathervanes. We are fascinated by unique gardens, art, and nature. This passion for weathervanes originates from a childhood garden where we played with them in our grandmother's gardens. We are drawn to breathing, the wind, and the sea, which are vital elements and an endless source of inspiration due to our Breton origins. The characters of the Ritournailes reveal the energy and strength of the wind called Zephyr, sometimes gentle and pleasant, sometimes swirling and invigorating, like the breath of life. Since 2017, we have had the desire to create weathervane characters, and Agathe drew inspiration from her imagination to design the graphics of the weathervanes.
