Only Taggiasca is a small olive-farm located in the hinterland of S Bartolomeo al Mare (IM) We produce just oil and olives from our trees of Taggiasca cultivar. Three basic points: we are producers, our production chain is completely internal and we are still a handicraft company. Our products are: Monocultivar Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, that is the label for our first-tier oil and olives in brine prepared in the classic Ligurian tradition only with water, salt and natural flavorings.
